By downloading, installing, or using Arithmix (the App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Arithmix is a puzzle game that combines Sudoku-style logic with mathematical operations. The App offers free gameplay with optional in-app purchases for hints and premium features.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Important: In-app purchases are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other consideration.
You agree not to:
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, user interface, audio, video, text, and trademarks, is owned by Arithmix.app and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
If you submit any content to the App (such as display names), you grant Arithmix.app a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the App.
The App is provided as is and as available without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arithmix.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arithmix.app and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arithmix.app regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
